Pevin Kinel offers second single and visuals from forthcoming full-length

Back in January, London based multi-instrumentalist Pevin Kinel announced the release of a new full-length album entitled Syntactic Sugars. It follows his 2010 Of Week Constitution and is due out on June 5th.

The extraordinary one-man-orchestra has offered us a further glimpse into his forthcoming album with a brand new song, ‘Fake ppl’, and an alluring video for it made by himself (and Orson, Sidney, Wim, Woody, Luis and some other people who may not exist).

Pevin plays all the instruments (guitar, keyboard, clarinet, voices, set of keys) in ‘Fake PPL’, a track that carries a unique charm.

The video surfaced the web this morning and it’s a goodie. It features footage from films by “some of the best directors in the history of cinema” as Pevin puts it and it aims to “retrace the steps of the default user picture of myspace and facebook as they grow older and start hitting the bottle”.

Here’s the video for ‘Fake ppl’.
