That collaboration continues to bear fruits and they have announced the release of <em>Transition<\/em>, a four-track EP due out on March 18th via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.erasedtapes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Erased Tapes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Musical instruments are a somewhat technological anomaly in that they are rarely updated after their conception, often only receiving minor tweaks over the course of hundreds of years&#8221;, explained Immix and Vessel. &#8220;As such, each instrument provides us with a snapshot of the cutting edge technologies of a particular time and place \u2013 in this sense, the instrumentation used by Immix provides us with snapshots of technologies that can be traced back as far as 1500BC.&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The sublime &#8216;What Hath God Wrought?&#8217; is being offered as the album&#8217;s first taste.
