Swiss female trio Alice<\/a>, made up of mother and daughter Yvonne and Lisa Harder and Sarah Andr\u00e9, have a new album on the way. Entitled L\u2019oiseau magnifique<\/em> (The magnificent bird), the album blends art-pop, folk song vocals and synth experiments. Speaking about the essence of the record, Yvonne says:<\/p>\n

\u201cOur music seeks to heal, even if it\u2019s often tongue in cheek or outright funny. We sing our most direct and plain emotions, since we want to connect with our audience\u2019s feelings through our songs. At our concerts we always have people who laugh and people who cry. We often laugh or cry ourselves while singing. It\u2019s not a stance \u2013 it\u2019s the real real thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

L\u2019oiseau magnifique<\/em> arrives on March 3rd through Bongo Joe Records<\/a> and Alice have just shared a new single called ‘La f\u00eate nulle’, a funny song about a disappointing party, which emerged as a live video in 2021 and you watch below.
