Ch\u00e1vez<\/a> enticed us with the beautiful, radiant and emotionally engaging <a href=\"https:\/\/castthedice.org\/?p=21800\">\u2018c\u00f3mplices de luto\u2019<\/a>, lifted from his upcoming debut solo album, <em>Sonorous Present<\/em>. Now the musician, producer, multi-instrumentalist, educator, and scholar has shared a second single called &#8216;The Shadow&#8217;. Ch\u00e1vez comments:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cthe shadow\u201d features Quetzal Flores on the traditional requinto jarocho of Veracruz, Mexico and the poetry of Roger Reeves set to an odd-meter caj\u00f3n groove.
