Releasing under his new moniker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/blueearthsound\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blue Earth Sound<\/a>,\u00a0<em>Cicero Nights<\/em> was recorded at the International Anthem studio space in Chicago with in-house engineer Dave Vettraino, with stellar contributions from drummer Patch Romanowski, Resavoir\u2019s Will Miller on trumpet, flautist Eamonn Pritzy, and longtime collaborator Michael Wells, amongst others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following previous singles &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/castthedice.org\/?p=22725\">Mariposa<\/a>&#8216; and \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/castthedice.org\/?p=22865\">Lover\u2019s Rock<\/a>\u2019, and ahead of the album&#8217;s release on September 12th through Root Records, Blue Earth Sound slipped in a new preview with &#8216;On the Court&#8217;, a track inspired by the soundtrack to the 1994 basketball documentary \u2018Hoop Dreams&#8217;. Groovy and irresistibly catchy, &#8216;On the Court&#8217; taps in to hip hop influences, and you can listen to it below.
