The Mynabirds<\/a>, the Nebraska based outfit fronted by singer-songwriter Laura Burhenn, released their somophore album Generals<\/em> earlier this year.
\n‘Body of Work’ was the second single lifted from the album and The Mynabirds have just announced it will have its own 7″ release.
\nBody of Work<\/em> 7″ arrives on November 20th via Saddle Creek<\/a>. The single comes backed with the previously unreleased B-side ‘In the Mouth of Wolves’.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2019Body of Work\u2019 is a reminder of our absolute power to reimagine, redesign, and transform our lives at any given moment into something we enjoy to the utmost, something that\u2019s wholly and fully our own,\u201d said Burhenn. \u201cWe are not victims of the past, but artists who can shape it into the most brilliant form imaginable; we are living things, bodies of work to edit.\u201d
\nTo represent this idea of transformation, the vinyl will be housed in a 4-panel fold-out jacket that can be folded into an origami wild horse.
