The effort was produced by The Decemberists\u2019 Chris Funk, who had already produced Y La Bamba&#8217;s 2010 debut album <em>Lupon<\/em>.<br \/>\n<em>Oh February<\/em> is a &#8220;a sultry cross genre dream accented by lush guitars, lively accordian and expert percussion&#8221; as the label describes, featuring &#8220;6 songs of mexi-influenced folk americana&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in January, Y La Bamba dropped a video to accompany the marvelous cut &#8216;Michoac\u00e1n&#8217;, lifted from their second album <em>Court The Storm<\/em>, out last year.
