British pop folk experimentalists Tunng<\/a> are set to release their fifth full-length album, Turbine<\/em>, on June 17h via Full Time Hobby<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Founded by Sam Genders and Mike Lindsay, the sextet has been evolving and growing throughout their 10-year existence.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt’s been a twisted adventure to this point, one that has taken us all over the world, an amazing journey,\u201d said Lindsay. \u201cThere’s a lot happened in this band in the last couple of years. Children born, people moving into different places, falling in love, skipping country, broadening horizons…\u00a0 maybe this is a coming-of-age record!\u201d<\/p>\n

Recorded in Dorset, Turbine<\/em> saw all six members getting involved with each stage of the recording process for the first time.
