\"Enemy<\/p>\n

Enemy From Space<\/a> is the brainchild project of Kelly Shane, better known for his drumming affiliation with several bands and distinct genres like power pop, indie rock, prog punk or Chamber music.
\nAfter getting an 8-track reel-to-reel tape recorder in the mid 90’s, and influenced by Krautrock, late 70s\/early80s low-budget horror films soundtracks, Joe Meek and the DIY aesthetic of bands like Guided by Voices, Chrome and The Residents, Shane swapped his drums for synthesizers and began doing electronic music.<\/p>\n

Last month, Enemy From Space’s debut album Abstractions<\/em>, originally out in 2002 via Imperial Fuzz, was re-released by Thingmo<\/a>. The album was remastered and comes with 5 unreleased bonus tracks. You can get it here<\/a>.
