The French composer had previously announced the release of a new album, and more details have now emerged. <em>\u221e (Infinity)<\/em>, the follow-up to 2011\u2032s <em>Skyline, <\/em>will see the light of day on May 19th via <a href=\"http:\/\/mute.com\" target=\"_blank\">Mute<\/a>. Recorded between between Paris, Ouessant and Iceland, <em>\u221e (Infinity)<\/em> saw Tiersen collaborating with native language speakers in some of the album tracks sung and spoken in Breton, Faroese and Icelandic.<br \/>\n<em>\u221e (Infinity)<\/em> will be debuted live in a special sold out performance at the ICA in London on May 14th. In support of the album, Tiersen has just announced a set of live dates in New York\u2019s The Highline on May 31st, London\u2019s Royal Festival Hall on September 26th, and Paris\u2019 Olympia on October 27th.<br \/>\nTo entice us further, an album trailer filmed on Ushant Island, Brittany, has been unveiled.
