2020 Album Picks

2020 has yielded a lot of wonderful music and as we reach the year’s end, we took some time to wade our way through it all. Needless to say it was no easy task to pick our favourites 15 releases. We had to weight in various criteria, all highly scientific and objective, like our passion levels, the ratio between surprise and delight as well as precise measurements of how inspired and hopeful these albums made us feel. We can publish the result of this thorough enquiry safe in the knowledge that they will stand the test of time and will stay relevant for years to come. But more importantly, we encourage you to run the tests yourselves as we're sure it will open new paths for your own musical research, maybe even leading to the discovery of a new favourite artist. So put on your stethoscopes (or should that be headphones?) and get listening!
